WHAT IS FLOW?
The National Hydropower Association's Future Leaders of Waterpower (
FLOW) is a career development group with the purpose of increasing partici
pation of young professionals\, professionals new to the waterpower indust
ry\, women\, BIPOC\, LGBTQ+\, veterans\, and people with disabilities in t
he waterpower industry by providing clear pathways for career growth and n
